When a customer of ours called us recently with an emergency, we sat up and listened. Apparently, they purchased a large sign through an online sign company. They received their order in a timely fashion and they hung it up on their building to announce an event.
Fortunately for them, their business resides on a busy intersection and lots of people saw the banner and read about the upcoming conference.
Unfortunately for them, the banner text included a whopping error--a misspelling in the title of the event for the whole community to see as they drove by!
Hence the emergency. We provided the client with a patch that corrected the grammatical error and all was well.

And what is perhaps the most important value of SHOPSIGNARAMA is the support you continue to have. Our brick-and-mortar shop located at 3073 Williston Road in South Burlington still exists and will not be closing anytime soon.
Many online sign shops are pay-for-print operations and if the file they receive has typos, they print them anyway. They do not proofread your text.
Although we offer you an online option now, we continue to proofread the orders we receive and alert you to any issues.
So typos like the one described above are corrected before the order is even printed.
But if an egregious error like that does slip through the production process, we remain your local sign company who corrects the problem. You don't have to send the sign back, or wait anxiously for the delivery person to bring it to you.
